基于排队网络理论的适用性分析以及基本假设与适当简化,将防空群对多批次、小间隔目标射击问题转化、抽象为排队网络对顾客流的服务问题,建立了防空群对多批次、小间隔目标射击效能评估的"分布式协同排队网络"模型。在特定作战实例和假设条件下,应用所建模型,计算得出了典型火力配属方案下防空群对多批次、小间隔目标射击效能的量化结果,实现了防空群对多批次、小间隔目标的射击效能的定量化评估,验证了所建模型的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

We study the assignment of flexible servers to stations in tandem lines with service times that are not necessarily exponentially distributed. Our goal is to achieve optimal or near‐optimal throughput. For systems with infinite buffers, it is already known that the effective assignment of flexible servers is robust to the service time distributions. We provide analytical results for small systems and numerical results for larger systems that support the same conclusion for tandem lines with finite buffers. In the process, we propose server assignment heuristics that perform well for systems with different service time distributions. Our research suggests that policies known to be optimal or near‐optimal for Markovian systems are also likely to be effective when used to assign servers to tasks in non‐Markovian systems. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 环形串联直缸发动机具有功率密度高、惯性力小等诸多优点,但其运行时气缸转子始终绕输出轴周向转动,使得传统发动机静态的配气方法不再适用。因此,研究设计一种能够满足该型发动机进排气需求的新型配气系统意义重大。针对该型发动机独特的环形串联结构和差速运动特性,研究了各转子气缸的容积变化规律,分析了各转子气缸进排气相位与转子转角之间的关系,创新设计了一种基于气道复用的动态位置配气系统。根据二冲程发动机配气方案设计加工了配气系统零部件,并通过高压气动实验完成了对该型发动机的动态进排气过程。实验结果表明,当给定外加驱动气压0.25 MPa时,发动机能够以约200 r/min的速度稳定运转,有效验证了该配气系统的可行性。  相似文献

针对表面工程中测量膜基材料性能或结合强度的压入法,分析了其实验过程中所涉及的重要而又困难的接触问题。在引入适当的假设后,文中首次对二维、三维问题等一般情况,分别给出了控制接触的边界条件方程,并进一步使用半解析的数值方法——线法,针对二维情况使用,球形压头和楔形压头分别进行了数值模拟,并将计算结果和不考虑接触情况下的结果进行了比较结果表明:剪应力差别巨大,这说明接触问题的考虑对于正确地处理实际问题是非常必要的。  相似文献

This article explores series of “red lines” issued over the years by the USA and Israel toward Iran and Syria. It argues that the effectiveness of inflexible “red lines” in an environment that is given to rapid change is doubtful. They provide an adversary with the ability to determine when the deterring party will act and when they will not, a situation that is often undesirable. Moreover, their inflexible nature on the one hand opens the doors for circumvention while technically staying within their parameters. On the other hand, a strategy of more ambiguous “red lines” that allow flexibility in choosing the time, intensity, and nature of the response could also achieve a considerable deterrent effect, provided that they do not remain mere bluffs.  相似文献

This article investigates the method of allocating arriving vessels to the terminals in transshipment hubs. The terminal allocation decision faced by a shipping alliance has the influence on the scheduled arrival time of vessels and further affects the bunker consumption cost for the vessels. A model is formulated to minimize the bunker consumption cost as well as the transportation cost of inter‐terminal transshipment flows/movements. The capacity limitation of the port resources such as quay cranes (QCs) and berths is taken into account. Besides the terminal allocation, the QC assignment decision is also incorporated in the proposed model. A local branching based method and a particle swarm optimization based method are developed to solve the model in large‐scale problem instances. Numerical experiments are also conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model, which can save around 14% of the cost when compared with the “First Come First Served” decision rule. Moreover, the proposed solution methods not only solve the proposed model within a reasonable computation time, but also obtain near‐optimal results with about 0.1~0.7% relative gap. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
